We are seeking a dedicated and motivated doctor to join our team in delivering high-quality care to newborns, including premature and critically ill infants. The fellow will work under the guidance of senior consultants, gaining advanced clinical skills, exposure to neonatal intensive care. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care to neonates in NICU. Assist in the stabilization and management of premature and critically ill newborns. Participate in delivery room resuscitation and high-risk deliveries. Monitor growth, development, and clinical progress of admitted babies. Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and allied healthcare staff to ensure evidence-based care. Maintain accurate medical records and contribute to discharge planning and parental counselling. Participate in academic sessions, teaching rounds within the department. Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards. Qualifications & Experience: MBBS from a recognized institution. MD / DNB (Pediatrics) or Diploma in Child Health (DCH) Duration of Fellowship is 1 year for MD / DNB (Pediatrics) and 1.5 years for DCH Skills & Competencies: Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and counselling skills with families. Commitment to academic learning, research, and continuous professional development.
