Position Title: Project Incharge Location: Mumbai Project Type: Commercial Building Project (including Aluminium & Conventional Formwork, Finishes, MEP) Job Purpose: To lead and manage the day-to-day execution of commercial or institutional building projects at the site, ensuring adherence to timelines, cost targets, quality standards, and safety norms. The incumbent will be responsible for driving execution excellence while ensuring full compliance with contract specifications, HSE protocols, and QA/QC standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead the site execution of RCC, finishing, and MEP works using Aluminium and conventional formwork systems. Drive and monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones. Ensure cost control measures are implemented effectively in line with project budgets. Monitor and enforce HSE policies to ensure zero incidents at the site. Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC standards and conduct regular site inspections and audits. Coordinate with consultants, clients, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with statutory and contractual requirements. Support the Project Incharge in risk identification, mitigation planning, and resource optimization. Lead, mentor, and guide site engineers and subcontractors to achieve project goals. Candidate Requirements: B.E. (Civil) with 20-22 years of relevant experience. Must have led at least one project of 500 Cr+ value involving high-end finishes and MEP integration . Experience: 20 to 22 years of proven experience in building/institutional projects, with exposure to both RCC and finishing works, preferably with aluminum and conventional formwork systems. Strong understanding of project planning, resource management, and cost control. Post-Graduation in Construction Management will be an added advantage. Experience in projects with monthly execution volume of Rs. 20-25 Cr preferred. Age: Below 50 years. Should possess excellent coordination and reporting skills. Job Description: Assistant General Manager (AGM) Construction Contracting Company Role Overview: The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will oversee large-scale construction projects with a monthly execution capacity of 10–20 crores, and must have independently led projects valued at 500+ crores. This is a senior, results-driven role demanding significant technical, commercial, and leadership expertise in the construction contracting sector. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Execution Lead and supervise end-to-end project execution for multiple sites, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to project schedules and budgets. Independently manage complex, high-value projects (500+ crores), including planning, resource allocation, contract management, and on-site execution. Implement best practices for construction, safety standards, and regulatory compliance; proactively mitigate project risks and resolve technical/contractual issues. Oversee all civil construction and associated activities, tracking progress and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Financial Control & Reporting Manage project budgets (monthly execution of 10–20 crores), approve expenditures, and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality. Prepare and submit periodic progress reports and forecasts to senior leadership regarding project milestones, financials, and resource utilization. Ensure contractual and billing compliance with clients and vendors. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead multi-disciplinary site and project management teams: mentor, develop, and appraise staff performance to foster a high-performing culture. Liaise with clients, consultants, senior management, government authorities, and all internal/external stakeholders. Encourage transparent communication and cultivate a safety- and quality-first culture on all project sites. Process & Quality Control Ensure all construction processes, quality checks, and operational benchmarks are implemented and exceeded according to organizational and statutory standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization. Required Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline). Experience: Minimum 15–18 years in construction management, with proven experience in monthly project execution of 10–20 crores and successful independent management of projects worth 500+ crores. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of construction management processes, contracts (EPC, PMC, etc.), project management tools (like MS Project, Primavera), quality standards, and value engineering. Leadership Attributes: Strong decision-making, team management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; highly results-oriented. Other Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communications, and stakeholder management capabilities; proficiency in regulatory and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements. Key Performance Indicators Timely completion of project milestones and final delivery. Cost optimization and adherence to budget targets. Quality benchmark achievements and safety compliance. Stakeholder satisfaction (client, management, team). Innovation in procedures and technology adoption.
