FORMWORK DESIGN ENGINEER

Job Description: As a Formwork Design Engineer, you will be responsible for possessing knowledge of various formwork and scaffolding systems. You will use your hands-on experience to design formwork and scaffolding in compliance with Indian and international standards. Your role will involve conducting structural analysis and designing various elements of formwork and scaffolding. Additionally, you will interpret structure drawings and create detailed drawings for formwork and other temporary works. Collaboration with a team of CAD Engineers to manage engineering activities within budget, on schedule, and ensuring quality will be a key part of your responsibilities. Your expertise will be crucial in providing efficient designs that prioritize safety and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Develop preliminary formwork schemes and choose appropriate formwork systems based on construction sequences and input from the site. - Estimate quantities of formwork materials for schemes to facilitate material mapping and procurement planning. - Liaise with the Formwork Planning team and site personnel to ensure availability of formwork materials. - Coordinate with various departments to finalize special formwork designs. - Prepare final formwork schemes upon site confirmation for the release of fabrication drawings. - Create design documents, method statements, and work procedures according to project specifications. - Generate approval drawings, design calculations, and method statements for submission to clients. - Maintain documentation standards in compliance with ISO systems for all designs and documents.,
