Job Title: Shuttering Foreman Experience: 10+ years in shuttering / formwork works Job Responsibilities: Supervise shuttering and formwork activities at the site (slabs, beams, columns, walls, foundations). Interpret and execute work as per construction drawings & specifications . Allocate and manage shuttering carpenters, helpers, and labour. Ensure quality, accuracy, and safety of shuttering work. Coordinate with site engineers for material requirements and timely execution. Monitor shuttering removal/dismantling with proper safety checks. Maintain record of shuttering materials, inventory, and reuse cycles . Ensure work is completed within time schedules . Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as Shuttering Foreman / Formwork Foreman in building/infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of RCC, scaffolding, shuttering techniques, and material handling . Ability to lead and guide a team of shuttering carpenters and helpers. Good communication and coordination skills with engineers and site teams. Commitment to safety standards .
