As a Student Counselor at our organization, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students over the phone based on the knowledge and training provided to you during onboarding. Your primary objective will be to assist students in completing admission forms and facilitate their admission into our partner colleges according to the targets assigned to you. Additionally, you will have direct access to the colleges and will assist in the admission conversion process as and when necessary. In this role, it is expected that you maintain daily reports on the calls attended and walk-ins received. This information will be crucial for tracking your performance and ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed in a timely manner. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The educational requirement for this role is a Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in English and Kannada is essential for effective communication with students. The work location for this position is in person, where you will interact with students directly to provide the necessary guidance and support throughout the admission process.,
