Role & responsibilities The MC- IT Advisory EPM team are seeking Consultants (Oracle Hyperion Planning Specialist) to join the growing EPM practice. We are looking for an experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of the solutions, industry best practices and multiple business processes within the EPM space. The role would require: Ability to work independently as well as in a Collaborative team environment. Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment in order to implement Oracle EPM products and technology to meet customer needs. Expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderate to complex customer engagements Capability to deliver high quality, well developed solutions within constraints of time. Demonstration of strong analytical and problem solving skills. Requirement Must have a complete project lifecycle experience in a Planning and Budgeting Project. Excellent knowledge on Essbase concepts Must have 2- 6 years experience with PBCS/ EPBCS or Workforce\Capex Modules in On Prem Environment. Should have experience of 2-4 end to end implementation Proficient in writing Business Rules and Calc scripts Experience with Forms Building, Task List, Security and all other artifacts of the planning tools. Familiar with Application tuning and Optimization Experience in ASO cubes, ASO optimization and MDX member formulas Good understanding and experience with Data flow between applications. Expertise in Data Validation Should have Experience with automation and scheduling Jobs Create and Demo EPBCS, Custom PBCS application to clients Experience in preparing deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and admin guides etc. Good to Have Experience in HFR and Smart View Working Knowledge on FDMEE/FDQM/DM Basic understanding of DRM/EDMCS Client Facing Experience Knowledge in Groovy scripting Experience & Background Graduate qualification (B.E/B.Tech)/MBA/MCA 2-6 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion tools. Hands-On experience in building both Out of the box and customized PBCS applications Strong Knowledge of ASO, BSO development and MDX calculations Proficiency in Creating, enhancing, and tuning of Business rules Excellent communication skills Automate tasks that will eliminate repetitive tasks Experience in preparing deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and admin guides etc Excellent communication skills
