Key Responsibilities: Production: Oversee the chemical processes involved in the production of hemodialysis products. Prepare and standardize chemical solutions and reagents used in production. Monitor and control production processes to ensure consistency and compliance with established protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve any chemical-related issues that arise during production. Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and improve efficiency. Quality Control: Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform analytical testing using techniques such as HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, titration, and other relevant methods. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities. Identify and investigate deviations from quality standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Ensure all QC activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. Participate in internal and external audits and inspections.
