Junior Chemist

Key Responsibilities:

Production:

• Oversee the chemical processes involved in the production of hemodialysis products.
• Prepare and standardize chemical solutions and reagents used in production.
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure consistency and compliance with established protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any chemical-related issues that arise during production.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Quality Control:

• Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform analytical testing using techniques such as HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, titration, and other relevant methods.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities.
• Identify and investigate deviations from quality standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure all QC activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits and inspections.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
