You will be tasked with researching new technologies to enhance work efficiency, maintaining candidate databases, and preparing daily recruitment reports for the Team Leader. Additionally, your role will involve reviewing a large number of resumes or curriculum vitae, conducting interviews (over the phone/virtually) to assess skillsets and qualities, and managing shift bookings. To excel in this position, you should adhere to defined recruitment processes and strategies while continuously ideating new approaches to enhance recruitment methodologies. Your duties will also include organizing various marketing initiatives to advertise job vacancies through platforms such as job sites, the company website, and job vacancy journals. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a graduate degree in any discipline with up to 1 year of experience, although freshers are also welcome. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with good interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and selling skills are essential.
