As a ServiceNow Admin with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and compliance of the ServiceNow platform and its applications. Additionally, you will work on system integrations, UI customization, data management, software releases, CMDB management, and documentation. To excel in this role, you must hold the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and possess strong technical expertise in ServiceNow scripting, AngularJS, and JavaScript frameworks. A deep understanding of ITIL processes, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Your educational background should include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration. Experience in global collaboration and working with cross-functional teams will be beneficial. The hiring process for this position includes screening by HR, followed by two technical rounds and a final HR round.
