Role & responsibilities New Part Design & Development, Cost Reduction Projects, Press tool design, System Work. Preferred candidate profile New Product Development Activities (E.g. Design, Modelling, APQP, PPAP, Technical reviews, CFT reviews). Study & analysis the customer inputs (Drawings, standards & Models). Estimation of forging parts (Calculate the Net weight, cut weight, Flash, Yield) by using UNIGRAPHICS. Preparation of Forging Models & Drawings. Forging dies & tooling design & Drafting in NX (Unigraphics). Conduct trials on the shop floor & Prepare trial report for NPD & Improvement projects. Implement, maintain & monitoring of E.C.N. Productivity Improvements & cost reductions by innovative design. Prepare APQP, PPAP & PFMEA documents. Validation of process & tooling through FORGE NXT 3.0 Simulation software & Decision making for necessary changes in process & tools. Press Tool Parts Design, Modelling & Drafting. New Part Development with excellent skill on UG NX Software. Problem solving & Analytical skill to support Production. RTS, Inspection agreement, RAR, PPAP, APQP. Conversant with Crankshaft, Knuckle & Aluminum parts design.
