Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Desk Executive with strong hands-on experience in managing domestic and international travel requirements. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of vendor coordination, forex handling, GST & invoicing, and be capable of preparing accurate MIS and travel-related reports. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel bookings (air/train/hotel/visa etc.). Coordinate and negotiate with travel vendors and agencies for cost-effective travel arrangements. Handle forex requirements for international travelers. Prepare monthly travel statements, reports, and MIS for management review. Ensure proper documentation and processing of travel-related invoices with understanding of GST components. Maintain and update travel policies in line with company standards. Resolve travel-related issues and provide timely support to employees. Ensure compliance with internal controls and approval processes related to travel. Graduate in any discipline; certification in travel/tourism/hospitality is a plus. 58 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate travel management setup.
