You will be responsible for driving initiatives for Retail Trade / Forex business in the assigned geography and branches. Your main goal will be to maximize revenues and customer base from focus segments such as EXIM, Travel and Tourism. You will need to implement product/process initiatives in the region to increase customer acquisition and enhancement in wallet share. Additionally, you will work on joint scoping with branches to identify opportunities in focus and opportunity segments, as well as structure product/pricing requirements for specific catchments/customer groups based on the identified opportunities. Collaboration with branch RMs for joint visits to customers will be crucial for product structuring and relationship deepening. You will also drive B-B-C opportunities with the support of local leadership. Your core responsibilities will include earmarking key focus branches within the geography for current account and trade forex business in consultation with regional leadership. Continuous interaction with branches and leadership is essential to ensure that business focus is maintained, and regular visits to key identified branches are conducted. It will be your duty to audit the efficiency of the working model/sales process in key branches and highlight any gaps to management for corrective action. Monitoring key accounts in the region for revenues and value growth, as well as identifying cross-sell opportunities, will be part of your routine. You will also be required to provide support and relevant information to newly joined resources in CA model branches regarding product features and service capabilities.
