Customer queries ka jawab dena aur unki problems ka turant samadhan karna. Leads ko generate karna aur unka follow-up karna. Sales records ko maintain karna aur daily reports management ko dena. Team ke sath coordination karte hue naye sales strategies banane mein madad karna. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1 saal ka telesales ya customer service experience preferred. Strong communication skills (Hindi/English) aur convincing ability. Positive attitude aur goal-oriented mindset. Basic computer knowledge aur MS Office ka use aana chahiye.
