Our commitment is to help clients make smart, future-ready investments. Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Pune, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, client meetings, property presentations, and closing deals. The role also involves market analysis, sales forecasting, and collaboration with marketing and project teams. Qualifications \n Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills Experience in developing and executing sales strategies Relationship-building and client management skills Proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of the real estate market in Pune and Mumbai Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
