                                As a Forescout Platform Admin, your role will involve administering and maintaining the Forescout CounterACT platform in locations such as Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. With 8 to 12 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:  - Administering and maintaining the Forescout CounterACT platform, which includes policy configuration, module integration, and system health monitoring. - Configuring and managing network visibility policies, endpoint compliance checks, and device classification rules. - Ensuring seamless integration of Forescout with network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, VPNs, etc.) and other security tools (SIEM, vulnerability scanners, Active Directory, etc.). - Designing, implementing, and managing NAC policies to control access to corporate resources based on device posture, user role, location, and other attributes. - Applying role-based access controls (RBAC) and ensuring effective enforcement of endpoint compliance policies (e.g., AV status, patch level, OS version). - Analyzing logs, troubleshooting platform and endpoint issues, and resolving NAC-related problems. - Working with networking and helpdesk teams to resolve device access issues caused by policy enforcement or misconfiguration. - Integrating Forescout with third-party tools such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, endpoint detection & response (EDR), and vulnerability management platforms. - Developing and managing automation workflows for device quarantine, remediation, or notification actions. - Maintaining system performance by applying software updates, hotfixes, patches, and tuning configurations as required. - Planning and executing upgrades of the Forescout platform with minimal downtime. - Generating compliance reports and dashboards for internal teams and auditors (e.g., asset inventory, endpoint compliance). - Assisting with audits by providing documentation and evidence of access control, device inventory, and policy enforcement. - Responding to and remediating unauthorized or non-compliant device connections.
