ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES - Conduct research using various online sources, including commercial registries, corporate databases, legal databases, and media sources. - Perform desktop-based research using specialized tools for online due diligence reports, such as Factiva and Lexis-Nexis. - Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge, with the ability to assimilate new information. - Summarize acquired information into concise and accurate reports. - Monitor progress and keep key stakeholders informed of developments and expected outcomes. - Deliver client engagement requirements as per the project plan, ensuring high-quality work within specified timeframes and adhering to defined methodologies for preparing due diligence reports. - Stay updated on industry developments. THE INDIVIDUAL The ideal candidate should possess: - Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional interactions and communication with seniors, conveying messages clearly and structurally. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Attention to detail. - Adaptability to dynamic environments with shifting priorities and strict deadlines. - Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality. - Drive and commitment to providing high-quality service. - Teamwork skills. - Basic IT system understanding and proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Capability to work under pressure, meet stringent deadlines, and handle demanding client conditions that may require extended working hours. - Demonstration of integrity, values, principles, and work ethic.
