Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at site.
Allocate tasks to workers and ensure timely completion as per drawings and instructions.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage effectively.
Ensure work quality and compliance with safety standards.
Maintain discipline and productivity among workers.
Report progress, issues, and requirements to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.
Assist in training workers on correct methods and safe work practices.
Maintain attendance and work records of workers.
Resolve minor site-level issues and escalate major concerns to higher management.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working environment at site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
