Supervision of drilling, blasting, excavation, loading and hauling operations
Ensure safe and productive deployment of HEMM and manpower
Conduct toolbox talks, workplace inspections and safety briefings
Maintain pit discipline, traffic management and housekeeping
Monitor ore quality, bench parameters and environmental controls
Prepare shift reports, production data and safety records
Diploma/ Degree in Mining Engineering
Foreman Certificate of Competency is mandatory
4- 9 years of experience in opencast mining operations
Mine safety & statutory compliance
Strong pit supervision and manpower handling
Knowledge of HEMM operations
Safety-first approach with good reporting skills
