Job Description

Execution of sites electrical requirement such as power generation, transmission & distribution
Maintaining & servicing of electrical equipment/panels such as HVAC, Transformers, DG set, CCTVs
To assist electrical service engineer in preparing load Calculation and DG Fuel Consumption
Optimizing load distribution and routes as per project drawing
Verification of Material received at site as per PO, CPWD norms & IS codes.
Ensure coordinated service plan & drawings with other services & execution as well.
Day to day execution & supervision of electrical work as per drawing
Coordination with Purchase, Inventory, Planning department regularly.
Raise purchase requisition for electrical item required at site.
Working knowledge of residential township/Institutional/commercial(High rise, Low rise Building) (HVAC, DG, Firefighting, Panels, transformers, Cables, CCTV, LT, HT, UCB, LBS, Feeder Panel, Meter Panel)
Identification of Electrical material & Specification as per CPWD norms and IS codes.
