In this position, the Customer Planner will provide integral support to facilitate business processes, update systems, ensure data governance and provide reporting that Customer Account Managers can easily understand and use. This role will help liberate Customer Account Managers to spend more time on growing the business and working externally with Customers. Responsibilities . Establish strong collaborative relationship with the Customer Development (Sales) team, in particular the CAMs and Customer Experience Specialists. . Interact with internal stakeholders in the Planning Hub, Finance and Supply Chain . Be proactive and self-motivated to follow up or chase multiple teams for pending information. . Create, update and cancel promotions using the TPM tool using inputs from the CAMs via SONAR App or other communication processes. . Validate promotional details against guardrails and escalate any exceptions against category guidelines or supply freeze periods. . Send request to CAM (Customer Account Manager) to provide the updated details. . Ensure the promotions are finalized in TPM before the promotion is bought in date. . Evaluate and update customer system/portals with activity plans and promotions. . Reconcile and resolve promotion mis-match issues between TPM and retailer portals. . Create promotion nomination form & send to onshore . Customer Experience Specialist to review and share with the customer. . Update the Promotion plan in the customer tracker. . Regular query resolution and proactive communication/escalation . Maintain positive VOC from stakeholders. . Create and prepare regular, timely reports, provide analytics and insight including Central Business Trackers, Performance vs Plan trackers etc . Update Customer Joint Business Plan (JBP) with actuals . Prepare STOP report and compare to JBP . Produce Weekly EPOS data updates and Stockholding reports . Deliver the agreed KPIs / SLAs . Identify problems/issues in day-to-day operations and resolve them proactively . Own, create, update, and maintain Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and Knowledge Management tools . Ensure regular and timely reporting both for client and Genpact management for Operations review . Highlight and escalate any issues that need attention . Coordinate and resolve issues with excellent customer service . Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal . stakeholder&rsquos enquiries quickly, effectively, and professionally. Qualifications we seek in you!
