Create schedules on excel and on a scheduling tool (preferably Aspect) based week level, day level and interval level volume pattern. Keeping regular communication with site operations, senior leadership, technology teams and other stakeholders to manage critical parameters, employee experience, contingency etc. Publishing reports of critical WFM and other important parameters to drive efficiency in them and to keep all relevant stakeholders regularly informed. Creating employees rotational plan and conducting shift bid process to help shift rollover for frontline staff. To attain to the program objectives, AHS Workforce team sets appropriate goals for Operations (Shrinkage), drives effective queue management, time to time checks to ensure capacity on each Vertical is sufficient to handle projected volume and take necessary actions to meet the requirement if otherwise, scheduling heads appropriately to match the incoming patterns, queueing tasks manually to fill for the deficit in projected volume and to support any new launches, effective management of non-production time to reduce idle hours and sharing reports on different performance metrics to drive the results. Core Responsibilities 1. Strategic Sales Growth: Design and implement advanced strategies to boost sales, improve profitability, and expand our portfolio brands into new markets on Amazon. Coordinate and execute impactful new product launches, leveraging data and consumer insights to capture market share. 2. Advanced Amazon PPC Campaign Management: Take ownership of Amazon PPC campaigns, using Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads to drive traffic and conversions. Collaborate with other Amazon teams and the Head of Amazon to develop cutting-edge advertising strategies, continuously optimising for TACoS, ROAS, and profit efficiency. Identify and seize opportunities for growth via innovative and creative strategies, tailored specifically to each brand. Approach each brand with a unique and specific strategy, underpinned by the foundational principles of selling on Amazon. 3. Data-Driven Insights: Analyse performance data from Amazon and other sources to uncovertrends and actionable insights. Monitor KPIs like CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, and conversion rates to refine and optimise strategies. Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations to maximise sales and profitimpact. 4. Listing Optimisation & Conversion Excellence: Oversee end-to-end listing optimisation, including keyword research,titles, bullet points, imagery, and A+ Content. Utilising our specialist systems to uncover growth areas and then implement- them accordingly. Proactively monitor ASIN performance metrics, rankings, and customer reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Continuously improve listings to enhance visibility and conversion rates. 5. Inventory and Product Development: Work with the Head of Amazon and our Supply Chain team to forecast demand and ensure optimal stock levels across multiple marketplaces. Identify and capitalise on emerging product trends, playing a role in the whole process alongside our team from product ideation to successful Amazon launch. 6. Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including growth marketers, supply chain, creative specialists, and leadership, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution. What We're Looking For Experience: Minimum 4+ years of Amazon-specific experience, with a proven track record of scaling private label brands and executing advanced PPC strategies.
