You will be responsible for issue resolution and troubleshooting in the processes in SAP SD/MM within the SAP AFS environment. Your role will involve understanding the existing process design and configuration related to sales order creation, IDOCs, allocation, delivery creation and processing, billing, and integration/touchpoints with other processes and systems. Additionally, you will need to comprehend the purchase order and receiving process and integration areas between SD and MM/FI and LE. Direct interaction with business users and other IT teams will be necessary to understand and resolve issues. You will also assist in small enhancements to existing processes and collaborate with the development team for fixes, enhancements, and testing/regression testing. To excel in this role, you should possess 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementation experiences, including global templates, with a deep understanding of SAP integration and ASAP methodology. Hands-on experience with SAP configuration and implementation of SAP SD and SAP MM is essential. Proficiency in cross-functional integration of SAP SD with SD, MM, strong knowledge of SAP IDOCs, and robust debugging skills for root cause analysis are required. You should also have experience in creating/modifying functional specifications for various functionalities and coordinating with the technical team for development. In addition, experience in testing efforts during integration, regression, and user acceptance testing is crucial. Your ability to work in a complex technical environment, manage multiple changing priorities, and effectively adapt to a dynamic work environment will be essential. Strong oral and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment are necessary. Experience with the Change Management Process, functional experience in the retail industry, and SAP AFS experience are advantageous. Specialized skills such as SAP Certification, SAP Business Process Knowledge, and expertise in SAP AFS Apparel and Footwear Solution are preferred. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of related SAP experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on design and implementation experience in the SAP SD and/or MM modules. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, Business, or a related field is required for this position.,
