Little Millennium is hiring for Manager Marketing based at Surat with 20-25 days travel across Gujarat territory Roles and Responsibilities: Regular centre visits. Responsible for providing marketing support to centers/ meeting franchisees and giving input on marketing ideas. Hiring for IT Operations-Store & Warehouse Years of Experience : 4 to 5 years Location : Mumbai Educational Qualification : BE or B .Sc IT + MBA in Systems Role & responsibilities New Store IT Setup Coordination: Own and drive the end-to-end IT setup process for new store openings including CCTV, footfall counters, internet readiness, and system installation. Coordinate with internal IT and external vendors to ensure timely execution. Track and close checklist-based tasks for every new store. CCTV & Footfall System Oversight: Monitor the operational health of CCTV and footfall tracking systems across locations. Escalate and follow up with vendors for rectification and ensure SLA adherence. Maintain basic logs and documentation for system uptime and issue resolution. eCommerce Clip Support: Coordinate clip retrieval requests related to eCommerce orders by working with the relevant system operators or vendors. Vendor & Service Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for field vendors related to surveillance, footfall devices, and store IT setups. Schedule visits, verify task completion, and escalate delays or quality issues. Track service SLAs, AMC schedules, and installation timelines. Team Handling: Supervise junior executives or field support staff. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure issue resolution is tracked to closure. Store Email Access Reviews: Drive monthly reviews of store-level email ID usage. Coordinate with HR/IT for deactivation or updates where required. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline\ Polytechnic Diploma (IT or Business background preferred). 4-5 years of experience in project execution /coordination roles in retail/store operations or IT project execution. Hiring for Retail Sales Operation Executive Years of Experience : 3-5 years Location : Kurla West Key Responsibilities: Sales Performance Monitoring: Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across stores; analyze variances vs targets and provide actionable insights. Reporting & MIS: Prepare and maintain regular reports/dashboards on KPIs, sell-throughs, footfall, product performance, stock vs sales ratio, and other key business metrics. Store Support & Communication: Act as a key operations bridge between the stores and central teams; support in addressing store issues related to stock, billing, pricing, or system updates. Promotional Execution: Ensure timely and accurate implementation of offers, price changes, markdowns, and activations in coordination with the commercial and IT teams. Inventory & Replenishment Coordination: Support allocation and replenishment process by working with supply chain and merchandising teams to maintain optimum stock levels. Process Management: Help standardize and document sales ops processes; support training/store team hiring and onboarding initiatives; identify and resolve gaps in SOP compliance. System/Data Accuracy: Ensure accurate product masters, price files, store data, and promotional configurations are maintained in POS/ERP systems. Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, Commerce, or related field; MBA preferred. 24 years of relevant experience in sales operations, retail ops, or business analytics. Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards). Familiarity with retail tech platforms is a plus. Good communication skills with the ability to work across departments. Attention to detail, with a process- and results-oriented mindset.
