Offline Marketing Manager (Retail) Location: Lucknow Experience: 510 Years We’re looking for an Offline Marketing Manager with strong retail experience (preferably from brands like D-Mart, V-Mart, Vishal Mega Mart, Reliance Smart, More, etc.). This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in BTL campaigns, store launches, local brand activations, and hyperlocal outreach. Key Responsibilities: Drive footfall through ATL/BTL campaigns (flyers, hoardings, van activations, etc.) Execute city-wise campaigns for store-level promotions Manage local vendors, printing, and execution teams Plan & track campaign ROI, footfall impact, and store conversions Lead on-ground strategies across semi-urban/rural markets Must-Haves: Retail marketing experience (5+ years) Strong regional knowledge (esp. UP/Bihar/MP preferred) Proven experience managing vendors and offline channels Local language proficiency a plus
