The Assistant Football Coach will be responsible for assisting the head coach in planning and conducting training sessions, developing game strategies, and providing guidance to players. The role includes monitoring athletes' progress, organizing team meetings, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all team members. The Assistant Football Coach will also be involved in the recruitment of new players and managing game day preparations. Qualifications Strong Football Coaching, Coaching, and Football skills Excellent Communication skills Proficiency in Training and player development Ability to work collaboratively with the coaching staff and players Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field is preferred Previous experience as an Assistant or Head Coach is a plus Strong organizational and leadership skills Show more Show less
