Football Coach

As a Football Coach at Mayo College, Ajmer (Junior School), your primary responsibility will be to develop young footballers and promote grassroots football within the school. We are seeking a passionate individual who can inspire and nurture the talent of our students. To be considered for this role, you must hold a minimum AFC C Diploma or an equivalent coaching certification. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience coaching youth or school-level football. Experience in organizing and conducting Blue Cubs League and other youth development tournaments will be highly beneficial. A strong understanding of grassroots football and child-friendly coaching methods is essential for this role. You should be able to work collaboratively with other coaches, students, and staff members to create a positive and supportive environment for our young athletes. Excellent communication and mentoring skills are also crucial for this position. You should be able to effectively communicate with students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the overall development and success of the football program at Mayo College.
