We are looking for a female Sales & Operations Executive who can help us grow our player base and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Role Summary We are seeking a confident and proactive individual to manage sales, client communication, and on-ground operations. This role requires a self-starter who can represent the club professionally in meetings, help drive admissions, and ensure effective coordination between various departments. Key Responsibilities Sales & Outreach Generate leads and convert them into admissions for academy and club programs Attend meetings with schools, partners, and stakeholders to build relationships Explain training programs, packages, and pathways to potential customers Follow up on demos, inquiries, and digital leads Academy & Club Operations Coordinate day-to-day operations for training, matches, and events Manage schedules, logistics, and communication between coaches and parents Assist in player onboarding, kit distribution, and documentation Ensure smooth execution of weekend and weekday training sessions Client Communication & Reporting Act as the point of contact for parents and external partners Maintain records and update reports for internal review Support the marketing and social media teams with content from on-ground activities Preferred Profile Female candidate with 1–3 years of experience in sales, client service, or operations Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field Strong communication skills in English; Kannada and Hindi are a plus Comfortable with fieldwork, meetings, and irregular work hours during events Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about sports Bonus Skills Prior experience in a sports academy or club environment Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and WhatsApp Business Understanding of grassroots football or youth development systems What We Offer A dynamic environment within a professional football club Opportunities for career growth in sports and football operations Exposure to league management, academy development, and partnerships Performance-based incentives and a collaborative work culture To Apply Send your resume and a short note on why you're a great fit to [email protected] Join us in building the future of Indian football.
