Job Summary We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer/Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling through design and animation, combining cutting-edge 3D modeling with visually compelling motion graphics. You will work closely with our creative team to deliver high-quality visuals that captivate and engage our audience. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize, design, and create 3D models, animations, and motion graphics for various media, including advertisements, social media, presentations, and video content. Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts and storyboards based on project requirements. Design and animate dynamic motion graphics using software like After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D. Develop photo realistic textures, lighting, and rendering to enhance the quality of 3D assets. Integrate motion graphics seamlessly with live-action footage and other multimedia assets. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques in 3D and motion graphics. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Optimize 3D assets and animations for various platforms and formats. Qualification Technical Skills Proficiency in 3D software like Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or equivalent Expertise in motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. Knowledge of texturing and rendering tools like Substance Painter, Redshift, or Arnold. Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with video editing and compositing. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. Soft Skills Exceptional creativity and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs. Effective time management and organizational skills. Preferred Skills Experience with AR/VR and immersive media. Knowledge of real-time rendering engines like blender, 3D max, Unreal Engine or Unity. Experience in sound design and audio editing.
