Hiring for Lead Analyst & Team Manager Fund Accounting (Bangalore) Dear Candidate, We are hiring for Fund Accounting roles with a reputed US-based client in Bangalore. Please read the requirements carefully before applying. Only candidates meeting the exact criteria will be considered. Relevant Experience Required: We are strictly looking for professionals with 6 to 14 years of experience in Hedge Funds or Private Equity Fund Accounting. Experience in Mutual Funds, Investment Banking, Reconciliation, or General Accounting will not be considered and such profiles will be rejected immediately. Position 1: Lead Analyst Fund Accounting Experience: 8+ years overall, with minimum 5 years in Hedge Funds/Private Equity Fund Accounting (on paper) Qualification: Graduation (mandatory) CTC: Up to 28 LPA Tenure in Current Organization: Minimum 1 year Position 2: Team Manager – Fund Accounting For Graduates: 10+ years total, with 6+ years in Hedge Funds/Private Equity FA & 5+ years team handling. For PG/CA Qualified: 8+ years total, with 4+ years in Hedge Funds/Private Equity FA & 4+ years team handling. CTC: Up to 33 LPA Tenure in Current Organization: Minimum 1.5 years Other Details: Client: US-based Shift: Afternoon (start time between 12 PM – 2 PM) Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 rotational offs Interview Mode: Virtual Application Note: We are looking only for Hedge Fund / Private Equity Fund Accounting professionals.
