Responsibilities Edit raw video footage along with b-rolls, high-quality final outputs for social media, YouTube, webinars, and marketing campaigns. Add graphics, text overlays, transitions, sound effects, and background music where needed. Repurpose long-form content (e.g., webinars, podcasts) into short-form clips for reels/shorts. Maintain brand consistency across all videos.. Stay up-to-date with editing trends, formats, and platform-specific requirements(Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos, etc.). Assist in developing and implement a content strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Plan, schedule, and publish posts consistently Engage with the audience — respond to comments, messages, and build community Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions). Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Manage paid ad campaigns, when need be Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in editing software Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual design. Ability to handle both long-form and short-form content. Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is a plus. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines. Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats. Ability to analyze insights and adapt strategies. Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
