Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both prospective and existing. Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and negotiate contracts. Conduct site visits and tastings to understand client needs and preferences. Event Management: Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure successful event execution. Assist with event planning and logistics. Liaise with clients to address any concerns or feedback. Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales reports and track performance against targets. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Other Duties: May be involved in marketing activities to promote catering services. Maintain a database of clients and their contact information. Handle all Sales and Catering phone calls, inquiries, emails, and correspondence. Create banquet event orders with event details. Create Proposals/Contracts for potential clients.
