The HR Lead / HRBP is a key resource for employee - and business support in our Mumbai and Bangkok offices and the total Indian and Thailand organizations. You collaborate closely with the local team and leadership on all matters HR and business support. As part of the global HR Team, this role gets exposure to various areas of HR and plays a vital role in building the local culture and enabling the future growth of this dynamic business. Your role: You spend about 30% of your time on recruitment and onboarding to support the growing business You support local leadership on various business and people topics You manage and organize various employment documents (offer letters, contracts etc.) HR admin tasks are part of your daily routine and can range from ad-hoc employee queries to supporting the finance team with HR data You are a Power-User of our HR Software and ensure accuracy and correct system setup as well as utilization As part of the local team you build and drive culture locally in India You stay close to the employees and their needs by building strong relationships You assist managers and employees in performance management and help drive a performance culture You support local leadership on various topics around People and Business You create, roll out and maintain HR policies (work regulations, employee handbook, career plans) You create and submit monthly HR reporting for the global organization as well as local stakeholders You are involved in various global HR projects Your profile: You hold a degree in human resources, organizational psychology or adjacent disciplines You have 10+ years of experience in HR You have experience working for an international organization and are comfortable working with people from across the globe in various timezones You have expert knowledge on Indian employment law & legislation, initial understanding on Thailand is a big plus You worked with HR software previously You have excellent Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint & Word skills You speak English fluently and are comfortable working in English You are able to work dynamically, in an international context of a fast growing and change driven company Please send your CV in English. The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing opportunities for FoodChain ID’s Technical Services products and solutions. Reporting to the Sales Director Technical Services EMEA & APAC, this role focuses on generating leads, developing high-value relationships with prospective clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs, ultimately maximizing revenue across the assigned territory. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted industries and sectors. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through market research, networking, outbound prospecting, and social media engagement. Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client challenges and position relevant FoodChain ID solutions. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close new business agreements. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver proposals and solutions that meet client requirements. Monitor and analyze competitor activities, providing market insights and Voice of the Client (VOC) feedback. Represent FoodChain ID at trade shows, conferences, industry events, and association meetings. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of proven success in Sales, ideally within food certification, verification, compliance, or technical services. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle. Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics (HubSpot desirable). Commercially astute with strong market analysis, sales planning, and performance management skills. Excellent presentation, public speaking, and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently. Fluent in written and spoken English plus a local language. Flexible approach to travel and working hours.
