The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing opportunities for FoodChain ID’s Technical Services products and solutions. Reporting to the Sales Director Technical Services EMEA & APAC, this role focuses on generating leads, developing high-value relationships with prospective clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs, ultimately maximizing revenue across the assigned territory. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted industries and sectors. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through market research, networking, outbound prospecting, and social media engagement. Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client challenges and position relevant FoodChain ID solutions. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close new business agreements. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver proposals and solutions that meet client requirements. Monitor and analyze competitor activities, providing market insights and Voice of the Client (VOC) feedback. Represent FoodChain ID at trade shows, conferences, industry events, and association meetings. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of proven success in Sales, ideally within food certification, verification, compliance, or technical services. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle. Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics (HubSpot desirable). Commercially astute with strong market analysis, sales planning, and performance management skills. Excellent presentation, public speaking, and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently. Fluent in written and spoken English plus a local language. Flexible approach to travel and working hours. The HR Lead / HRBP plays a crucial role in providing support to employees and business operations in Mumbai, Bangkok, and across the Indian and Thailand organizations. Collaborating closely with local teams and leadership, you are responsible for overseeing various HR and business support activities. You will support local leadership on various people and business-related matters and be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies such as work regulations, employee handbooks, and career plans. In addition, you will be required to create and submit monthly HR reports for both the global organization and local stakeholders and participate in various global HR projects. Your profile should ideally include a degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or related fields, along with a minimum of 10 years of HR experience. Experience working for an international organization and familiarity with Indian employment law and legislation are essential. Proficiency in HR software, as well as advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, are required. Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively in an international, fast-growing, and dynamic environment are also essential.
