About the Role:

We’re looking for a Food Safety Intern who understands the basics of FSSAI regulations and wants to gain real-world experience in a nutraceutical manufacturing setup. You’ll assist our team in maintaining food safety records, implementing SOPs, and ensuring our facility runs in full compliance with FSSAI standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and organizing FSSAI-mandated records and registers.
• Help implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
• Support internal audits and daily hygiene inspections.
• Work with the quality and production teams to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.
• Help prepare documentation for FSSAI audits and renewals.
• Update records related to raw material, in-process, and finished goods testing.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of FSSAI guidelines and food safety management systems.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a factory/manufacturing environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to practical compliance processes.
