As a passionate and energetic chef, you will play a key role in revolutionizing how the world eats at AriveGuru Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You will be responsible for rapidly developing new recipes using healthy ingredients while collaborating with engineering and product teams to optimize recipes for automation. Your culinary expertise will be crucial in maintaining excellence in taste, texture, and nutrition while ensuring scalability. Additionally, you will represent the company in various food-related events, showcasing innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Rapidly develop new recipes using healthy ingredients and popular dishes - Collaborate with engineering and product teams for recipe optimization - Maintain excellence in taste, texture, and nutrition while testing recipes for scalability - Conduct trials and user feedback sessions for recipe refinement - Creatively adapt recipes to create a diverse range of food items - Represent the company in food exhibitions and culinary showcases Qualifications & Skills: - Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Food Science, Culinary Arts, or Nutrition preferred - 15 years of experience in professional kitchens or R&D environments - Passion for healthy, millet-based, or regional cuisines - Ability to adapt recipes for automation while ensuring quality control - Strong collaboration and communication skills - Prior experience in food innovation projects will be a plus In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 25,000 to 40,000 per month, you will have the opportunity for long-term career growth in the rapidly evolving food-tech industry.
