Key Responsibilities: Design and develop piping layouts for sugar plant equipment including juice heaters, evaporators, Prepare Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and Conduct stress analysis and ensure piping designs comply with relevant codes and standards (e.g., Select appropriate materials, valves, fittings, and supports based on process requirements and Coordinate with process engineers, civil, mechanical, and E&I teams to integrate piping with other Review vendor drawings and ensure compatibility with design specifications. Supervise piping fabrication and erection at project sites, ensuring compliance with drawings and Monitor and inspect piping installation work and conduct hydrostatic/pneumatic testing. Resolve site-level issues and provide technical support during commissioning and startup. Prepare documentation for project handover, including as-built drawings and quality records. Requirements: 1. Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. 2. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in piping design and installation, preferably in the sugar, food processing or heavy industrial sectors. 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Works, PDMS/E3D, or similar CAD/CAE tools. 4. Familiarity with industry codes such as ASME B31.3, IS standards, and fabrication/construction practices. 5.
