Interact politely and professionally with guests, taking care of special requests when possible. Coordinate with the kitchen team for refills and replenishment of food items. Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols (FSSAI or HACCP standards). Assist in dismantling and cleaning the stall/counter after service. Report any shortages, equipment malfunctions, or guest feedback to the supervisor.
