Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Curation: Develop engaging content (text, images, videos, reels) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish daily posts. Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity. Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly. Actively engage with followers and potential customers. Campaign Execution: Support in planning and executing paid and organic social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, growth, ROI) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, etc. Trend Spotting: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in the food & hospitality space. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams for promotions, product launches, and event coverage. * Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media marketing. Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and reels-based content. Excellent communication and creative writing skills. Ability to shoot and edit basic mobile videos (for reels/stories) is a plus. Passion for food, content, and trends in the F&B industry.
