Food & Beverage Executive

Role Overview: As a team leader at The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa, your primary responsibility is to ensure that the staff works cohesively to deliver optimum service and meet guest needs. You will be in charge of inspecting staff grooming and attire, completing opening and closing duties, monitoring dining rooms, and overseeing maintenance repairs. Additionally, you will assist in various management tasks such as hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating employees. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure staff works together effectively and deliver excellent service - Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and address any deficiencies - Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools, cleaning equipment, and locking doors - Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being - Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees - Follow company policies, report incidents, and complete safety training - Maintain clean and professional appearance, protect company assets, and welcome guests according to standards - Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and identify ways to increase efficiency - Perform physical tasks such as lifting objects, moving through spaces, and manipulating tools - Perform any other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent - At least 2 years of related work experience - At least 1 year of supervisory experience Additional Information: At Westin, the focus is on empowering guests to enhance their well-being, and as an associate, you are encouraged to embrace your well-being practices both at work and outside.
