Food and Beverage Server

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers, make them feel welcome, and escort them to their tables.
• Menu Knowledge: Present menus and provide recommendations on dishes and beverages, including knowledge of specials and dietary options.
• Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders, enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system, and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serving: Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Guest Satisfaction: Continuously check on guests, address any concerns, and ensure a positive and enjoyable dining experience.
• Table Maintenance: Clear plates and utensils as courses are completed, clean and reset tables, and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Payment Processing: Accurately present bills and process various forms of payment.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service.

• Teamwork: Effective collaboration with kitchen staff, hosts, and other team members.
• Experience: Prior experience in a server or similar hospitality role is often preferred.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with menu items, POS systems, and responsible alcohol service is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
