As a BPO Telecaller, your role involves making outbound calls to clients or potential customers based on leads provided by the business. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls from customers who may have questions, complaints, or require assistance with the services or products offered by the business. Providing accurate and complete information on products, services, prices, promotions, and other relevant details to prospective customers is also a key responsibility. You will be responsible for delivering persuasive sales pitches to convince potential customers to purchase or sign up for services provided by the company. Moreover, interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their concerns, and offering solutions to their questions or issues is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction. Maintaining detailed documentation of customer interactions, including call logs, feedback, complaints, inquiries, and other relevant details for future reference is a part of your everyday tasks. Following predefined guidelines and scripts set by the organisation to ensure uniformity in communications and compliance with regulatory standards is essential. Aiming to achieve specific sales goals or key performance indicators (KPIs) through efficient sales and communication methods is a key objective. Collaborating with supervisors, teammates, and other departments to solve customer problems, share best practices, and contribute to the overall team's success is also part of your responsibilities. Your core responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound calls, understanding customer needs, maintaining call records accurately, following communication scripts, setting sales goals, offering details about products, resolving customer complaints, building rapport with customers, and conforming to compliance standards. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to persuade and influence others, patience and resilience in handling customer inquiries or complaints, good listening skills, empathy towards customers" needs, basic computer skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. Health insurance is provided as a benefit.
