Qualifications: Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in communication training, corporate training, or a similar role, with a strong, demonstrable focus on outbound call centers, tele-sales, or lead generation environments. Proven experience in outbound call listening, analysis, and providing constructive, actionable feedback tailored for sales/outreach objectives. Familiarity with sales methodologies and objection handling frameworks is highly desirable. Skills : Exceptional verbal communication skills, particularly in persuasive speaking, clear articulation, and confident delivery. Strong active listening and analytical abilities, specifically in identifying customer pain points and sales opportunities on outbound calls. Demonstrated ability to teach and implement objection handling and de- escalation techniques relevant to outbound interactions. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills. Proficiency in designing and delivering engaging training programs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with CRM and call center dialing software.
