The Engineer/Sr. Engineer - Process Engineering will be responsible for designing an efficient and cost-effective manufacturing process by implementing lean manufacturing principles, low-cost automation, and Poka-Yoke. Key responsibilities include defining cost-effective and robust process flows for RFQs, conducting Manufacturing Feasibility studies, participating in Design Reviews and PFMEA reviews, developing tools/fixtures/testers, deriving tooling requirements, developing Special Purpose Machines, preparing PAR for tooling/investment, updating project plans, obtaining management support when needed, identifying TGR & TGW for projects, ensuring new product development meets PDP process requirements, engaging in innovations and value-added activities, and developing process guidelines. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience and hold a B.E/B.Tech degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Production/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation or relevant field. Specializations in NPD, Assembly, Cable Assembly, Wire Harness, Auto Components, Mass Production, Mold Process, etc., are needed for this role. The work location for this position is Whitefield, Bangalore.
