As an employee at Ananta Medicare Limited in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan 335002, you will be responsible for the operation and cleaning of various equipment including Autoclave, Depyrogenating tunnel, rotary vial washing machine (make: NKP Pharma Ltd.), garment washing machine, and hot sealing machine. Your duties will involve cleaning and sanitization of the washing area, preparation and distribution of disinfectants, filter integrity testing, as well as maintaining online data records in compliance with BMR & SOP. In the aseptic area, your responsibilities will include the operation and cleaning of powder filling and sealing machine (Make: NKP pharma Ltd. 300SP), gloves integrity testing, online non-viable particle monitoring system, fogging procedures, material movement, handling of dynamic pass box, daily weighing balance verification, and monthly calibration. You will also be involved in performing aseptic process simulation activities such as media fill and ensuring proper documentation practices are followed for all tasks. To qualify for this position, you should have completed 10+2 or ITI with 05 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field. Additionally, candidates with exposure to regulatory audits such as Eu-GMP, Ukraine USFDA, etc. will be preferred.
