Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize office documents, files, and records. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, email correspondence, and coordination. Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure smooth functioning of office operations. Assist in preparation of invoices, vouchers, and entry of basic accounting data in Tally. Support management with follow-ups, scheduling, and reporting. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred). 1–3 years of experience in administrative/back office roles. Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Prime , MS Office (Excel, Word).
