","role":" Main Responsibilities This role calls for a hands-on Sr Engineering Manager who will also be the Site lead for our Bengaluru development team as we build the team. The ideal candidate has the following abilities. Has around 5 plus years of experience as an Engineering Management Leader in the Software domain (ideally with experience spanning medium to large scale organizations and with early stage startups which exposes the candidate to different challenges) Is Hands-on - has the ability to get into the minute details of the design, architecture or the codebase and help guide engineers in areas where they face challenges. Breadth of Skills - has the ability to manage engineers that have different skillsets such as UI Engineering, DevOps, Backend Engineering, AI Engineering and Customer Engineering.
