Our recruitment model includes a blend of in-house, full life cycle recruiting, and the use of staffing agencies during high-volume hiring periods. In the early phase of this role, your focus will be on screening employee referral candidates, confirming compensation expectations, and scheduling interviews for both referral and staffing agency candidates. You ll also be involved in negotiating and extending offers to agency candidates and supporting agency submissions, including addressing inquiries from agency representatives. This position requires a proactive, resourceful recruiter who understands technical requirements, can build strong candidate pipelines, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. While based in Bangalore, some alignment with U.S. working hours will be necessary. We use Ashby for applicant tracking and Modern Loop for interview scheduling.
