Job Role: The Gaming Zone Admin Staff is responsible for supporting the smooth operations of the arena by managing registrations, maintaining records, assisting customers, and coordinating with the gaming team. This role ensures all backend and frontline administrative tasks are handled efficiently, creating a hassle-free experience for both staff and guests. Key Responsibilities: • Manage customer registrations, indemnity/waiver forms, and booking records. • Assist guests with check-in/check-out at the gaming zone. • Maintain staff rosters, attendance, and shift schedules for the gaming team. • Handle cash counters, receipts, and daily sales reports. • Coordinate with floor staff for smooth execution of games and activities. • Maintain inventory of gaming equipment, uniforms, and safety items. • Support event bookings, group packages, and birthday party arrangements. • Generate daily/weekly operational reports for management. • Address customer queries politely and escalate issues when required. Qualifications & Skills: • Strong organizational and multitasking ability. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / POS systems). • Good communication in English, Hindi, and local language. • Customer-service orientation with problem-solving skills. • Prior admin or gaming/cinema/entertainment industry experience (preferred). Work Environment: • Based in Gaming Zone reception/admin office. • Requires flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
