Minimum qualifications B.Tech Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred qualifications Adhere to internal processes and tools to deliver projects, programs. Must be self-motivated with strong team orientation and the ability to learn quickly. Must be organized and capable of handling multiple environments and deadlines. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Should have hands-on experience concurrent managers & PCP configurations. Must be well versed with AD utilities and WebLogic administration Must be skilled in sys admin activities like user administration responsibilities. Should be proficient with Unix commands and basic scripting skills. Backup and recovery. Expertise in RMAN, hot and cold back-ups. Must have good troubleshooting skills. Additional skills like Shell/Perl Scripting, FMW, OBIEE, SOA, OID/OAM, Agile, Hyperion, etc. are an added advantage
